Shivani Patel, Managing Director
I am motivated to acquire and build a company that successfully delivers value to the people in its ecosystem. It's a motivation I developed through analyzing many companies over the course of my career, as well as through learning about the value created by countless entrepreneurial families within my professional and personal circles, including within my own family.
My experiences renovating personal and investment properties have sparked my interest in trade contractors. My investment research experience involving industrials companies and tenured career in professional services further influence the selection of my acquisition verticals.
My career spans 15 years in investment research and corporate strategy in multiple global markets (US, Europe, Canada). My core expertise is in analyzing industry dynamics and the macro environment, identifying the most relevant opportunities and risks a company faces, and outlining a winning path forward.
I hold a B.Sc. from McGill University and an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
